MySpeed 2.2.2

A new release of MySpeed. Nothing really exciting - it was mainly to announce that this will be the last version to support Android 1.5. The next version will use the new version of osmdroid which only supports 1.6.

The first release to Market had a bug which caused it to crash on startup. I quickly made a new build to fix that.
