MySpeed 2.1.0

I'm finally ready to release the OpenStreetMap version of MySpeed. It still seems to be a little unstable but I'll see if I can help that in the coming weeks.

I expanded the Routing menu so that it has options to clear the route or recalculate the route. If there's no route it skips those options and goes direct to the search box.

I also added a nice scrolling tab about box. The tab content all comes from the web. I also redesign the web site to use the same tabs.

The license page lists all the shared components that I use.
