Stop everything you are doing and check this incredible Android Figure!!!
I was very surprised to discover it and of course very very happy to share it with you :)
The name of this Android Custom is "Killer Goth Girl". It was made by Sharon Dorsey, aka YaySockPuppet, last year for a show called "Mad Monster A Go-Go".
Her inspiration was a little bit of Children of the Corn and a little bit of Village of the Damned, two horrors movies (of course, when you saw the face of the little girl).
The hammer and hand covered with blood is very impressive. Really love it! The piggy tails give a look of a little kind girl. The face of this figure is also brillant!
About the technique, First she painted the whole figure with a coat of gesso then Sharon used acrylic paint for the details and for a light stain. When that dried she did some shading with a black colored pencil then coated the whole thing with Mr. Superclear.
