MySpeed 4.0.1 - scdb download manager

There's a new version of MySpeed which now includes a download manager for SCDB.info. You need a paid account with SCDB to be able to use this.

I also improved the import screen layout a bit.

The previous release broke importing of CSV files, so I've fixed that.

What I'm going to do next is redesign the import screen a bit. Now that importing is much faster there's no need to run it in the background. I'll change it to be like the download screen with a progress bar and status message at the bottom of the screen.
