SendLog 1.1.2 - support for devices without SD card

I realised that a lot of Android devices don't have an SD card as standard.  SendLog stores the log file on the SD card and so it crashes if the SD card is not present.  So I changed SendLog to use the data directory if there's no SD card.

On another subject, I'm currently working on a new version of DynDNS which has better prevention of nochg responses and a new GUI appearance.  That should be released soon.
