SendLog 1.0.0

I've added format and email client to the home shortcut.

If you create this shortcut and use this to start SendLog then it will bypass the options that are presented when just running the application.

I called the email client "sender" because it is anything that can handle ACTION_SENDTO, which is not only email clients.

It also seemed like a good time to up the version to 1.0.0.

By the way, if the destination email address is a Google email then you can just enter your username (the part before the @ sign).
