MySpeed 4.1.7 - first time setup wizard

I added a wizard to MySpeed so that the first time you install it, it makes it easy to download and install speed cameras. The wizard is a simplified combination of the download and import screens. This has been made possible now that I've discovered and implemented download from POIPlaza.com, which has a comprehensive, free speed camera database. You may have noticed that Radardroid does a similar thing. To make the process easier, MySpeed also tries to guess your country and set that as the initial default for all download providers.

Another minor change was to make the settings screen use tabs instead of expanding menus. I think that makes it easier to navigate.
