MySpeed 1.3.0

As promised, I've released version 1.3.0 of MySpeed with support for ov2 files and an enhanced import dialog.

I was intending to do some kind of automatic updater, but then I realised it's not worth the effort because you can just use PoiEdit to download files directly to the SD card.

The next update will be to use the images that are downloaded by PoiEdit.
