The blue one is for the Little Lotus Project. Here is a small presentation.
The SpinningTop 'Little Lotus Project 2011' links 14 international artists with refugee and migrant children in Thailand. They are working with the children on various art projects to raise funds for the children’s ongoing welfare. If you want more information, you can visit the official website.
